The Buchanan County Board of Supervisors on Monday evening gave the green light to the dates for the 2027 Trails and Tunes festival at Breaks Interstate Park’s Southern Gap Adventure Center.
The event will be held July 8-11, 2027. The inaugural Trails and Tunes was held last month but coincided with the first day of school.
Breaks representative Josh McGlothlin spoke to the supervisors about the event, saying that 600 attended the Saturday night concert that featured well-known bluegrass performer and Grand Ol’ Opry member Rhonda Vincent.
